FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT
Measure Your Band Size
Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Ensure the tape is level and not too tight. Round to the nearest whole number. If the number is even, that's your band size. If it's odd, round up to the next even number.
Measure Your Bust Size
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level across your back. Make sure the tape is not too tight and sits comfortably over your breasts. Round to the nearest whole number.
Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band size from your
bust measurement.
Use the difference to determine
your cup size:
2.5 cm = A cup
5 cm = B cup
7.5 cm = C cup
10 cm = D cup
12.5 cm = DD/E cup
Check the Fit
The band should sit level across your back and not ride up. Straps should be snug but not dig into your shoulders. Cups should fully contain your breasts without spillage or gaping. If unsure, try different styles and sizes, as fit varies between brands.
